Terms Of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or requesting services from Greater Vancouver Towing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

2. Description of Services

Greater Vancouver Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, recovery, and related vehicle transportation services throughout the Greater Vancouver area and surrounding regions.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

- Emergency towing
- Flatbed towing
- Long-distance towing
- Roadside assistance (fuel delivery, lockouts, jump starts, tire changes)
- Winch-out and vehicle recovery

All services are subject to operator availability, road conditions, vehicle type, and safety considerations.

3. Service Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details when requesting service, including vehicle type, location, and condition. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service if:

- It poses a safety risk to our operators or equipment;
- The vehicle is located in a restricted or hazardous area; or
- Payment or authorization cannot be verified.

4. Pricing and Payment

Rates are determined based on service type, distance, vehicle weight, and conditions. Quotes provided prior to service are estimates only and may vary based on on-site factors.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs.

5. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel a request, please contact us immediately.
If our driver has already been dispatched, a call-out fee or minimum service charge may apply.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future service.

6. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

While our operators handle all vehicles with care, Greater Vancouver Towing is not responsible for:

- Mechanical or body damage caused by pre-existing issues or prior accidents;
- Damage to vehicles modified beyond manufacturer specifications;
- Loss or damage to personal items inside the vehicle;
- Flat tires, leaks, or alignment issues that occur as a result of towing or recovery.
- Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables and secure personal belongings before service begins.

7. Insurance and Claims

In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, Greater Vancouver Towing’s liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the value of the vehicle or the total service charge — whichever is less.
Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of the incident, along with photos and documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greater Vancouver Towing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services or website — including delays, loss of use, or loss of income.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greater Vancouver Towing, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

Your use or misuse of our services or website;
Violation of these Terms; or
Damage or injury caused by your vehicle before, during, or after service.
