Greater Vancouver Towing provides towing, roadside
assistance, recovery, and related vehicle transportation services
throughout the Greater Vancouver area and surrounding regions.
Our
services include, but are not limited to:
- Emergency
towing
- Flatbed towing
- Long-distance towing

Roadside assistance (fuel delivery, lockouts, jump starts, tire
changes)
- Winch-out and vehicle recovery
All
services are subject to operator availability, road conditions,
vehicle type, and safety considerations.
3. Service Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate
details when requesting service, including vehicle type, location,
and condition. Failure to provide accurate information may result in
delays or additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or
cancel a service if:
- It poses a safety risk to our operators or equipment;
- The vehicle is located in a restricted or hazardous area; or
- Payment or authorization cannot be verified.
4. Pricing and Payment
Rates are determined based on service type, distance,
vehicle weight, and conditions. Quotes provided prior to service are
estimates only and may vary based on on-site factors.
Payment
is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We
accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be
subject to late fees and collection costs.
5. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel a request, please contact us
immediately.
If our driver has already been dispatched, a
call-out fee or
minimum service charge may apply.
Repeated
cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future service.
6. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
While our operators handle all vehicles with care,
Greater Vancouver Towing is not responsible for:
- Mechanical or body damage caused by pre-existing
issues or prior accidents;
- Damage to vehicles modified beyond
manufacturer specifications;
- Loss or damage to personal items
inside the vehicle;
- Flat tires, leaks, or alignment issues
that occur as a result of towing or recovery.
- Customers are
encouraged to remove all valuables and secure personal belongings
before service begins.
7. Insurance and Claims
In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our
negligence, Greater Vancouver Towing’s liability will be limited to
the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the value of the
vehicle or the total service charge — whichever is less.
Claims
must be reported in writing within
7 days of the incident, along with photos
and documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be
considered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greater
Vancouver Towing shall not be held liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in
connection with the use of our services or website — including
delays, loss of use, or loss of income.
Our total liability
under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific
service rendered.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greater
Vancouver Towing, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from
any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees)
arising out of:
Your use or misuse of our services or
website;
Violation of these Terms; or
Damage or injury
caused by your vehicle before, during, or after service.
10. Website Use
The content on this website — including logos, images,
text, and service descriptions — is owned by Greater Vancouver
Towing and protected under Canadian copyright laws.
You may not
copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our
written permission.
You agree not to use this website for any
unlawful purpose, to post misleading information, or to attempt
unauthorized access to any system or data.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party sites for
convenience. We are not responsible for the content, security, or

Greater Vancouver Towing makes no express or implied warranties,
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the
Province of British Columbia and the
applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes
arising from these Terms or our services shall be handled in the
courts located in
Vancouver, BC.
